1. Contact us
Email admin@advolaw.in and we will reply within 2 working days. Write from the email address registered to your Advo account so we can find it quickly.
Never send your password or a sign-in code. We will never ask for them.
2. Signing in and devices
- Forgot your password? Reset it from the password reset page.
- Your plan allows a limited number of devices and sessions. Remove ones you no longer use from Account settings.
- If you see a device you do not recognise, revoke it, change your password and email us.
3. Case and cause list data
Case status, orders and cause lists come from official court portals. These portals can be slow, offline or changed without notice, so an update may arrive late. Always confirm important dates and orders from the official source before relying on them.
If something looks wrong or stays out of date for more than a day, email us the CNR and what you expected to see.
4. Plans and payments
- View your plan, renewal date and payment status in Account › Subscription.
- You can cancel autopay there at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. If you were charged but your plan did not activate, email us the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
- The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains when we refund a payment and how to ask.
5. WhatsApp reminders
Hearing reminders on WhatsApp are optional. Turn them on or off, or change the number, in Account settings. Reminders go only to a number you have verified.
6. Privacy and account deletion
To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email admin@advolaw.in from your registered address. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold, how long we keep it and how to reach our Grievance Officer.
7. Report a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email admin@advolaw.in with “Security” in the subject and the steps to reproduce it. Please do not access other users’ data or disrupt the service while testing.
